Meetings and Trade Show Department
General Counsel for the NMRA since July 2002, Bob has also served as manager of the NMRA’s Meetings and Trade Shows Department from 2010 to 2012, and again from 2014 to the present.
Bob graduated from St. Louis University’s School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in May 1990 and began practicing as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Missouri, a position he held until 1996. During that time he was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Louis University. Currently he’s in private practice in St. Louis, MO.
Bob has earned four NMRA President’s Awards, and is a founding director of the Missouri Civil War Museum. He also serves as a consultant for both the U.S. Park Service for Civil War History and Events and the National Museum of Transportation.
Bob is currently building an HO layout based on the Missouri Pacific in 1944 and is busy identifying layout design elements for inclusion on what is anticipated to be a double-deck layout.
